These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the March 26th, 2026 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

- SuperAgent
- Two new agent role types have been added. MSL Field Director and Medical Director have been added, providing further agent role specificity and a more curatable experience for users depending on their needs.

- The LAICA multicolored icon has been updated with our new SuperAgent icon for easier recognizability and platform orientation.
Web
Improvements
- ACTOverse
- API Sync Off has been added, this allows those utilizing roster feed to manually disable the sync update to allow users who are not part of it to remain unaffected by any changes.
- Analytics
- The standard quiz dashboard has had visible scrollbars increased, providing better accessibility to users.
- Standard quiz dashboard has had a permission toggle added to enable and disable the ability to download the dashboard giving admins more control over access to information.
- SuperAgent
- Downloading has been enabled so that after knowledge retrieval has occurred, if the permission is enabled on the document, users may download it for offline access to continue learning when service is limited, enabling them to continue learning from anywhere.
- Sharing has been enabled so that after knowledge retrieval has occurred, if the share permission is enabled on the material then users may share the document. Being able to share directly from knowledge retrieval gives users the ability to improve conversations through fewer steps to information access, allowing the workflow to be more organic.

- Previously the Manager Insights drilldown view was displaying multiple actionpacks in learning sets they did not belong in. This has been corrected and will not occur moving forward.
