These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the April 23rd, 2026 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

- CxZone
- Certification Mode - Certification mode has been added to CxZone which allows trainers to run pass/fail certifications through the CxZone Avatar system. Dedicated manager views are included for reviewing attempts and AI-assisted evaluation, including the managers ability to override AI scoring where it’s deemed warranted. This feature will allow a more efficient, engaging and encompassing certification experience for users and an ease of workflow for managers. Note: Currently this feature is only available on the Web version.
Improvements
- Analytics
- The calendar has been improved on the standard dashboards to now show a message in the date filter in regards to the date you wish to select for the deployment start range. This provides better visual indication to admins and managers of what the beginning deployment date you are selecting for is.
Fixes

- Previously the Deployment Report was showing different strategies in the web browser versus the downloaded report. This has been corrected moving forward.
