ACTO: May 21st 2026, Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the May 21st, 2026 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

    • Field Coaching - The FCR screen has been enhanced for Managers to provide better visual clarity and speed to information for date assigned, last activity date, in progress, pending and completed status.

New Features

    • Actoverse
    • Content Exchange: This feature is a powerful new tool which allows you to easily move content between ACTO and external storage. Scheduled or on-demand import and export jobs are available and connect directly to Amazon S3, OneDrive, SFTP and FTP. Each run is traceable with full histories, item-level details and activity logged. Credentials are encrypted and access role-controlled, this feature will allow a much more efficient, speedy and streamlined workflow for moving content in and out of ACTO. Note: This is behind a feature flag and will need to be enabled. 

    Improvements

    • Admin
      • In order to provide more visual clarity the session timeout window has been improved so users can clearly see action is required or a logout will occur due to inactivity. The background will blur and a message box will popup showing a message relating to the timeout. 

    • Analytics
      • User management custom field handling has been improved. Only fields explicitly included in the roster sync will be updated and others not included will be left untouched. This provides greater customizability and reliability to admins ensuring each sync is exactly as you specify it. 
      • The dashboard download function has been improved by extending it to Tableau custom dashboards. Managers and Admins can now export Tableau reports providing more ways to obtain information and a more seamless platform experience. 
      • The digital signature dashboard has been improved to allow sorting by signature status and sign-on date. This provides better speed to information as well as reduced time spent trying to find the signatures you are looking for. 
      • We have resolved an issue in which some dashboards were displaying empty data and all affected views will now populate as expected. 

    • Coach
      • Field Coaching - The FCR screen has been enhanced for Managers to provide better visual clarity and speed to information for date assigned, last activity date, in progress, pending and completed status. 

    Fixes

    • Admin
      • Previously Office documents (.doc, pptx, ppt, etc…) would intermittently have trouble uploading to the CMS. This has been resolved and will no longer occur moving forward. 

    • Learn
      • Previously the view button on powerpoints would obscure the next slide buttons on the powerpoint. This has been corrected and will no longer be an issue moving forward. 
      • Previously users would sometimes receive duplicate certificates after completing an Actionpack. This was due to having a history of the same actionpack in an archived state. This has been fixed and will no longer occur.
      • Resolved an issue where users would receive two certificates instead of one when completing a Learning Set.
