ACTO: July 8th 2026, Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the July 8th, 2026 Production release. Here are the details:

Mobile

New Features

  • Admin
    • Session Timeout (Android): Automatic session timeout has been brought to Android, allowing for further security customization on this operating system and bringing it in line with the other platforms . 

 

  • Coach
    • “Sort By” added to Field Coaching Session Screen (iOS): On iOS the “sort by” filters can now be used directly on the FCR session screen providing a quicker speed to information for Managers and Admins in order to locate sessions faster.
    • Scenario Archiving (iOS): Scenario archiving has been brought to iOS providing more parity between the Web and Mobile experience. 
    • Field Coaching Image Paste (iOS): Users can now paste images directly from the clipboard when in an FCR that requires them. This will provide ease of use when completing things on mobile as it provides a method for less taps to completion.
    • Field Coaching Report Archiving (iOS): Admins can now archive and unarchive FCR templates, reports that are in progress stay editable. Admins can also record a reason for the archival of the form. This feature will allow for more options of organization and less visual clutter on desktop or mobile as reports can be filtered by All, Active and Archived. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.

 

Improvements

  • Coach
    • The landing pages for Coach and Field Coaching list screens have been improved with a smoother scrolling experience as well as performance improvements when dealing with large data sets (iOS). 
    • Pagination has been added to Scenarios lists providing better performance to users when dealing with a large amount of scenarios (iOS). 

 

  • CxZone 
    • Support has been added to show or hide the AI feedback section based on your domain and simulator settings. Providing Admins with the ability to further customize how the simulations appear to users (in this case, when AI feedback is visible).

 

  • User Interface
    • The user interface for iOS has been improved. The tab bar navigation has been redesigned using a native tab bar which provides smoother and more reliable navigation. This redesign also includes visual fixes for disappearing Agent buttons and errors when returning from a details screen (iOS).  
    • Email sharing now has the ability to collapse the resource list when many resources are being sent through an added ‘Less’ button. This will help reduce visual clutter for users when long resource lists are being shared (iOS+Android). 

Web

New Features

  • ACTOverse
    • Key Link People Veeva: An integration has been added with Veeva Key Link People which will now keep a fresh Key People dataset in the domain by using nightly incremental, and quarterly full syncs. This will free up admin time by automating the syncs.  Please Note: This ability requires a feature flag to be enabled in order to be used.

 

  • ACTO AI
    • Voice Powered Search and Voice Agents: This new feature adds the ability to search by using conversational voice agents from the home screen. Please Note: This ability requires a feature flag to be enabled in order to be used. 
    • AI Coaching Agent (Field Coaching Write Back): AI assisted agent support has been introduced for Field Coaching Reports. Managers can now converse with an ACTO AI agent and have the agent guide them through and complete an FCR evaluation. Picking from the FCRs assigned to them and selecting one of their team members to evaluate, presenting the forms questions, capturing the manager's answers, and submitting a finalized evaluation record are all now possible. This will allow Managers to review and assess their team members in a faster and more efficient manner. Please Note: This ability requires a feature flag to be enabled in order to be used.
    • Medical Operations Executive Agent Role: This role has been added to AI agents in order to expand the personas reps can train against. Further enabling a rep to be prepared for any scenario. 
    • Veeva Link “Key People” for AI Agents: AI agents are now able to pull Veeve Link Key People information. This will enable reps to always have the most up to date information for practices with the key person. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.

  • Analytics
    • Report Generator: A new Report Generator has been introduced to ACTO. With this revamped and enhanced report generator Admins can now either create a report from scratch or select from a pre-made template. Both options allow you to select, edit and move the columns around as you see fit. This level of customizability will allow Admins more options for how they choose to display, and what they choose to focus on when it comes to user data. Please Note: This ability requires a feature flag to be enabled in order to be used. 
    • Manager Insights Dashboard: This new dashboard provides managers with a real-time snapshot of their teams performance. Available metrics include learning set completion, quiz scores, field coaching report activity and resource engagement. This new dashboard will aid managers in their time to information by being able to access metrics at a moment's notice. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.
    • Standalone Survey Dashboard: The standalone survey dashboard has been added enabling managers to see completion rates, method of access to the survey (web, or QR code), question results and user answers providing a shorter time to information. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.

 

  • Coach
    • Recover Deleted Field Coaching: The ability to restore a deleted FCR has been added. The restored file will also include its related sessions and will not affect related records. This will give Admins more control over the ability to quickly reverse a decision made in error.
    • Field Coaching Report Archiving: Admins can now archive and unarchive FCR templates, reports that are in progress stay editable. Admins can also record a reason for the archival of the form. This feature will allow for more options of organization and less visual clutter on desktop or mobile as reports can be filtered by All, Active and Archived.   • CxZone
    • Insert Question: Admins can now add a new question between any two existing questions in a simulator stage. Allowing for more customizability and efficiency in simulation creation. 
    • Domain-Wide Pronunciation Dictionary: The pronunciation dictionary has been added to be operable domain wide. Now admins can manage how brands and terms are pronounced across all simulators from one shared catalog. This allows for a more optimized workflow in which admins only have to build their pronunciation knowledge once. Please Note: This ability requires a feature flag to be enabled in order to be used.
    • Pronunciation Dictionary Curation UI: This interface is provided so Admins can correct AI-generated phonetics, the ability to add custom terms and choose between alias pronunciation or International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). 
    • Audio Preview for Pronunciation: A play button is included with each phonetic entry to allow Admins to test how a sound will be pronounced before saving it. 
    • Knowledge Based Injection: Up to three ACTO content files can now be attached to a simulator with a note for context. The HCP conversation will then draw on that knowledge base material. 

 

  • Launchpad
    • Editable Due Dates: Due dates for content now have the ability to be edited in the deployment “View” screen (accessed by clicking the three dots on the deployment). From this page in the Tools section an admin can edit the due dates of deployed material. This will change the due date for those who have not completed the material, those who have completed will remain with the same due date. This option will provide Admins the ability to provide users with extensions if they see fit, adding another layer of customizability to accommodate user needs. Please Note: This ability requires a feature flag to be enabled in order to be used.

 

  • Learn
    • Content Version: In order to facilitate the availability of more accurate information this feature has been introduced. Now, when a learner completes a learning set it will be stamped with the exact version of the content that was finished. This will provide compliance admins the ability to answer which version someone completed as well as see who has an outdated version. Please Note: Substantive content edits will automatically move the version up and are fully audited. This is also behind a feature flag which needs to be enabled to be used. 

 

Improvements

  • ACTO AI
    • In order to provide Admins with the ability to write more detailed objectives, the skills field character limit has been raised from 1000 to 5000.

 

  • Analytics
    • The Manager Insights Dashboard has been improved in various ways to make the user experience more fluid and smooth. The UI, dashboard formatting and PDF Export have all been improved as well as the performance handling of large datasets.

 

  • Coach
    • Scenario lists on the Manager side now load pre-sorted by each status tab with the most recent scenario in the All tab and alphabetical in the pending tab increasing Managers speed to information. 

 

  • CxZone
    • The manager feedback column will now show only where it is relevant in regards to practice versus certification modes. This enhancement will reduce chances of confusion for users and managers. 
    • Video Call joining has been improved, preventing unable to join errors for users on certain networks who were receiving said error. 

 

  • User Interface
    • Email sharing now has the ability to collapse the resource list when many resources are being sent through an added ‘Less’ button. This will help reduce visual clutter for users when long resource lists are being shared. 

 

Fixes

  • Admin
    • Previously the “Send Test Email” function was sending placeholder text only. This has been corrected and moving forward it will send real deployment values and the edited email body ensuring admins have clarity on what their email will look like.

 

  • Coach
    • Previously collaborative FCR questions were editable by Managers. This has been corrected and will no longer be an issue moving forward.
