ACTO: June 4th 2026, Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the June 4th 2026, Pre-Production Release release. Here are the details:

Mobile

New Features

  • Admin
    • Session Timeout: Automatic session timeout has been brought to Android, allowing for further security customization on this operating system and bringing it in line with the other platforms (Android). 
  • Coach
    • Field Coaching Report Archiving: Admins can now archive and unarchive FCR templates, reports that are in progress stay editable. Admins can also record a reason for the archival of the form. This feature will allow for more options of organization and less visual clutter on desktop or mobile as reports can be filtered by All, Active and Archived (iOS). Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.

Improvements

  • Coach
    • The landing pages for Coach and Field Coaching list screens have been improved with a smoother scrolling experience as well as performance improvements when dealing with large data sets (iOS). 
    • Pagination has been added to Scenarios lists providing better performance to users when dealing with a large amount of scenarios (iOS). 
  • User Interface
    • The user interface for iOS has been improved. The tab bar navigation has been redesigned using a native tab bar which provides smoother and more reliable navigation. This redesign also includes visual fixes for disappearing Agent buttons and errors when returning from a details screen (iOS).  
    • Email sharing now has the ability to collapse the resource list when many resources are being sent through an added ‘Less’ button. This will help reduce visual clutter for users when long resource lists are being shared (iOS+Android). 

Web

New Features

  • ACTO AI
    • Medical Operations Executive Agent Role: This role has been added to AI agents in order to expand the personas reps can train against. Further enabling a rep to be prepared for any scenario. 
    • Veeva Link “Key People” for AI Agents: AI agents are now able to pull Veeve Link Key People information. This will enable reps to always have the most up to date information for practices with the key person. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.
  • Analytics
    • Manager Insights Dashboard: This new dashboard provides managers with a real-time snapshot of their teams performance. Available metrics include learning set completion, quiz scores, field coaching report activity and resource engagement. This new dashboard will aid managers in their time to information by being able to access metrics at a moment's notice. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.
    • Standalone Survey Dashboard: The standalone survey dashboard has been added enabling managers to see completion rates, method of access to the survey (web, or QR code), question results and user answers providing a shorter time to information. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.

Fixes

  • Admin
    • Previously the “Send Test Email” function was sending placeholder text only. This has been corrected and moving forward it will send real deployment values and the edited email body ensuring admins have clarity on what their email will look like.
