These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the May 7th 2026, Pre-Production release. Here are the details:
Mobile
Fixes
- Learn
- Previously the thumbnail for some learning set cover issues on mobile would be squished despite following image format guidelines. This will no longer occur moving forward.
- Coach
- Certifications - There was an issue where not all deployed Certification thumbnail cards were showing when in a row with archived cards. This has been fixed and all active cards will display for users moving forward.
Web
Improvements
- ACTO AI
- When a manager now edits an AI generated coaching scenario evaluation answer it will no longer overwrite the original AI answer. This change will provide better transparency to workers, compliance facilitation and audit traceability.
- Analytics
- The analytics tab has now been added to the user view for manager/admin accounts. This will provide easier access to information for managers and admins by providing an experience that takes less clicks and results in improved user experience.
Stability Fixes
- Coach
- Previously there was an issue with both FCR and Scenarios where adding a manager as stakeholder to either type of coaching material it would not show in the “shared with me” tab. This has been fixed moving forward.
- Learn
- There was an issue where Action topics and Protip topics were not saving after being rearranged in a content block. This has been solved and will no longer be an issue.
- Resources
- Previously archived users were showing in the resource notification list, moving forward this will no longer occur.
