New Features

  • Admin
    • Session Timeout - Session timeout customization has been added to Acto Omnichannel. This feature allows admins to customize the length of time a user can idle in a session with no activity before being signed out. It can be found in the Domain tab under Settings, the default timing is 48 hrs. This allows admins to have more customizable time options in order to help further adhere to whatever compliance and security standards they have.

  • Analytics
    • Actionpack Dashboard - A standard dashboard for Actionpacks has been added to the platform. This allows admins to track the progress and trends of users, providing a quicker speed to information and an easy birds eye overview of an AP. It can be accessed by navigating to an Actionpack in Learn, within a Learning Set and clicking the three dots (…) on the Actionpack and selecting Dashboard.

  • CxZone
    • Certification Mode - Certification mode has been added to CxZone which allows trainers to run pass/fail certifications through the CxZone Avatar system. Dedicated manager views are included for reviewing attempts and AI-assisted evaluation, including the managers ability to override AI scoring where it’s deemed warranted. This feature will allow a more efficient, engaging and encompassing certification experience for users and an ease of workflow for managers. Note: Currently this feature is only available on the Web version.

Improvements

  • ACTOverse
    • A picklist for folders has been added to the Veeva integration allowing admins to individually pick the folder they want their materials to be synced to. This will provide a better user experience to admins minimizing confusion and making it clear where items are going.
    • An admin tile has been added for admins to enable and utilize Salesforce SSO on a domain. This provides further login customization options for users based on operating methods.

  • Analytics
    • The calendar has been improved on the standard dashboards to now show a message in the date filter in regards to the date you wish to select for the deployment start range. This provides better visual indication to admins and managers of what the beginning deployment date you are selecting for is.

  • Coach
    • Scenarios - User name has been added in front of response details in a user scenario submission. Allowing for managers to have a clear view of whose response they will be evaluating.
    • Scenarios - Previously scenario viewing could get stuck by Acto AI despite it being disabled, this will no longer occur moving forward.

Stability Fixes

  • Admin
    • Previously there was an intermittent issue with empty rows and trying to bulk upload a user sheet. The issue has been identified and resolved going forward.
    • Previously when pasting a youtube link generated by YouTubes share button into a content management system resource the link would not work. This has been corrected moving forward.

  • Analytics
    • Previously the Deployment Report was showing different strategies in the web browser versus the downloaded report. This has been corrected moving forward.
    • Previously the SuperAgent Dashboard was cutting off names of users and resources when drilling down into the data. This will no longer occur with this release.

  • Learn
    • Previously due dates were only populating for uses on their actionpacks intermittently. This has been fixed moving forward all due dates will show.
