ACTO: April 9th, 2026 Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the April 9th, 2026 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

  • Admin
    • Duplication of checklists have been added, further easing the time commitment to an admins workflow. 

  • Coach
    • Scenarios - User name has been added in front of response details in a user scenario submission. Allowing for managers to have a clear view of whose response they will be evaluating. 

Stability Fixes

  • Coach
    • Field Coaching - An issue where not all deployed FCR thumbnail cards were showing when in a row with archived cards. This has been fixed and all active cards will display for users moving forward.

New Features

    • Analytics
    • Actionpack Dashboard - A standard dashboard for Actionpacks has been added to the platform. This allows admins to track the progress and trends of users, providing a quicker speed to information and an easy birds eye overview of an AP. It can be accessed by navigating to an Actionpack in Learn, within a Learning Set and clicking the three dots (…) on the Actionpack and selecting Dashboard. 

    Improvements

    • ACTOverse
      • A picklist for folders has been added to the Veeva integration allowing admins to individually pick the folder they want their materials to be synced to. This will provide a better user experience to admins minimizing confusion and making it clear where items are going. 
      • An admin tile has been added for admins to enable and utilize Salesforce SSO on a domain. This provides further login customization options for users based on operating methods.

    Fixes

    • Admin
      • Previously there was an intermittent issue with empty rows and trying to bulk upload a user sheet. The issue has been identified and resolved going forward.
