ACTO: March 17th 2026, Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the March 17th, 2026 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

Mobile

Improvements

  • Super Agent
    • When setting up a Super Agent in Agent Studio the admin now has the option to add a welcome message or quick action message. This can be found in the Experience section under the Settings tab allowing for a more tailored experience for the user based on the organization's goals and preferences. 

Stability Fixes

  • Learn
    • Previously when completing a survey, occasionally the done button would not route the user back to the learning set or the next actionpack. This has been corrected and will not occur moving forward.

New Features

    • Super Agent
      • Objective Checker: This feature checks the written admin objectives for conflicts or duplicates with the base prompt. As such, Admins can request AI feedback on their Agents in order to point out any redundancies they may have incorporated into the Agent and provide suggestions for improvement. This provides the Admin with a method to check their work in order to create the most efficient Super Agent possible. 
  • Configuration Download: This feature allows an Admin to download the configuration of the Agent in an excel file. The button is located to the right of the agent name in the upper left are of the UI. This will provide the opportunity to compare the current configuration with past as well as transparency with AI governance teams as well as the ability to share configurations between Admins and governance teams. 
  • AI Builder: AI Builder has been added and helps admins in the creation of curriculum, learn content, assessments, surveys and coaching materials from prompts or CMS content. This tool will enhance and optimize the content to learning pipeline allowing for admins to utilize a more efficient workflow cutting down time spent on the creation of learning materials. 

Improvements

  • Super Agent

    • The Agent Studio UI has been updated to provide more visual clarity and easier navigation for users. 
    • Content Management System documents containing Job Description details can now be associated with Super Agents. This will provide the Super Agent with context for future agent personalization features, identifying the right skills from the Skill Bank and input to the Objective Checker all allowing for a much more curated and personalized experience to the user. 
    • Hyperlink support has been added to the Agent disclaimer text. 

  • Coach
    • The Field Coaching Report 90 day session limit has been removed allowing for managers to view the full session history providing more transparency to user history. 

  • CxZone
    • UI has been updated to provide better visual indication between Managers and Users allowing for quicker role Identification. 
    • If a user's internet service is interrupted during a practice conversation, they will now be notified and offered the option to to cancel the conversation or attempt to reconnect. If reconnected they can resume from where it was interrupted. This will allow users to prevent progress loss by waiting for a restored connection. 

Fixes

  • Actoverse 
    • Previously PowerPoint files could be misclassified during Veeva sync based on how the original file was created, causing an inability to sync. This has been corrected and will no longer occur.

  • Resources
    • “Select All” button for content notifications was not selecting everything in the list. This has been corrected and moving forward will no longer occur and all sub items will be selected.
