These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the March 23rd, 2023 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:
Web
Enhancements
- Admin Enhancements
- Videos and Documents download functionality has been added for Admins.
- The ability has been added for the Admin to customize their HomePage background in the Domain Set Up wizard. The Admin on the web browser can apply this for the following devices: web, tablet and mobile devices.

- Email and Push notification settings have been added for admins to enable or disable notifications sent to users when they are invited to one or more sessions of an event. You can find them in Notification Settings and they are labelled "Event Audience"

- Learn Enhancements
- Admins will now have an option to upload an optional customized thumbnails for all resources types which are added to the Content Management System. These customized thumbnails will then be displayed to the Admins and users in Collections, sub Collections, Resources, ActionPack™ and Present tool. The option can be found in the resource upload wizard in the Content Management System.

- Events Enhancements
- Timezones in Event’s set up wizard now displayed in alphabetical order and includes associated UTCs.
- The ability for Event managers to add many audience members to multiple sessions at once has been added to Omnichannel. Simply tap "Add Bulk Audience", select as many sessions as you want and then add your users, teams, roles, etc... on the next page. Note: This is behind a feature flag and will need to be requested in order for the feature to be turned on.

Stability Fixes
- Reporting
- Time spent will no longer reset to 0:00 if a user navigates away from a quiz and then back to it.
- Detailed Quiz Report will now display all questions and answers.
- Time spent will now be updated every time a user moves to a new question in a quiz.
- Aggregated Quiz Report will now display Time Spent properly.
- The Teams and Territories page will no longer load all data upon entering it, preventing crashes.
- Learn
- Name/title of the Collections will not automatically capitalize alphabets. Now the Collections name will be displayed in the uppercase, lowercase as typed in by the Admins.
- Events
- A text update warning to Event Managers that removing an audience member will result in user losing access to the session and any existing related data.
- Track text no longer cut off when character number exceeds 37. Now, Track name is correctly and fully displayed and associated track color appears regardless of character number.
Mobile (Android and iOS)
Enhancements
- Reporting Enhancements
- Time spent idle will no longer be included in total time spent on a video resource while it is paused.
- Time spent in quizzes will now only be calculated while the user is active in the quiz.
- Learn Enhancements
- Customized resource thumbnails will now be visible to users in Learn, Resources and Present tool on mobile devices. This is related to the web development of the same enhancement noted above.
- The quiz timer will no longer stop when the screen of your mobile device is locked or you switch apps.
- When a user tries to leave a quiz attempt, the back button now gives a warning message as seen below (Android).
- Events Enhancements

Stability Fixes
- Admin
- The message section will no longer crash (Android fix).
- Learn
- Users are now navigated directly to in-app content when they select the associated links (links generated via Copy Link feature).
- Present
- Fixed spacing issue on the camera, resources and photos icon in the Present tool.
