ACTO: May 11th, 2023 Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the May 11th, 2023 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

Web

Enhancements

  • Reporting Enhancements
    • All downloaded Reports will now be named in a consistent format including the name of the report in the file.
    • A download button has been added next to the "Last Ran At" column to download the last run version of each scheduled report.
    • Strategies and Deployments is now a filter option in the Learning Report tool. This allows you to pull a report for all Learning Sets in a Strategy or Deployment.
    • Admins can now generate a report on the all resources and forms (titled Content Utilization Report) in the Resources section of the Reporting Tool. This report shows where the content is being used currently.
    • The following reports have been refactored for better performance (no changes to how a user generates them have been made, only performance improvements).

Stability Fixes

  • Reporting
    • Admins without the view all permission will now be able to see collections they are made stakeholders on in the User Resource Consumption report type.
    • Using the Bell Icon to click a notification for a scheduled report will now take you to the report.
    • Report Generator will no longer fail when a custom data set report has special characters.
    • Exporting digital signatures from a Learn Report will now be downloadable after clicking on the notification.
    • Time spent will now be calculated correctly when viewing YouTube videos on Omnichannel.
    • When idle in a Vimeo video time spent recording will now stop after 60 seconds of being idle.
    • Time spent will now pause when the user is idle for 60 seconds in a PDF.
    • The ended at time for a quiz will now only be recorded when the user actually leaves or finishes the quiz.
    • When viewing a resource, switching tabs will now idle time spent on the resource.
    • Tags will now be visible in the Aggregated ActionPack Report when it is generated.
    • When setting up columns in the User Details Report you can now edit them after the initial save.
  • Admin
    • Video downloads will no longer fail when the file has a "/" character in it.
    • Logging out will no longer require multiple attempts.
  • Events
    • Turning off the Leaderboard function will now remove access to an events leaderboard.

Mobile (Android and iOS)

Enhancements

  • Reporting Enhancements
    • Time spent will now pause during a quiz when the user switches to another app.
    • Time spent will now pause when the user is idle for 60 seconds in a PDF.
    • Time spent will now be an uninterrupted recording of time regardless of switching to landscape or portrait mode in a PDF.
