These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the November 11th, 2025 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

- Fix for a UI issue that appeared when the user attempted to complete a survey.

- Actoverse
- Added One Drive as another source connector in the Roster Feed Integration on ACTOverse.
- Schedule settings have been moved to the configuration tab in the External Data Integration on ACTOverse.

- Content Notifications: This feature streamlines content update notifications within deployed Collections by consolidating multiple alerts into a single summary. Notifications include direct links to updated materials in ACTO, eliminating the need for admins to copy and paste content links into emails and ensuring a seamless, consolidated communication flow.
- Pharmaforce
- Calibration Mode Data Download: When the user clicks the download button, they are provided a modal that allows them to select the folder and input the filename for the download. The downloaded data matches the rows, complete with the prompt, response, and feedback text when provided.
- Date context has been added to agents (knowing today's date when a session is initiated via the base prompt).
- Pinned messaged and pinned chats text has been updated so they match.
- Enhanced Calibration Feedback UI: Added a column labeled “response time” and provided the time in seconds. At the top of the table, we have provided a count of the total number of prompts sent to the agent, and the counts of negative feedback and positive feedback while in calibration mode.
- AI Evaluation for Super Admin: Added the ability for the super admin user to perform an assessment of the agent’s knowledge retrieval by uploading the prompt, expected response and the expected skill. The output can be viewed on UI and downloaded.
Stability Fixes
- Actoverse
- Fixed Veeva Access returning 500 error issue.
- Admin
- Fix to automatically remove deleted content from the CMS Content Expiring page, without the need to manually refresh the page.
- Analytics
- Updates to the page_visits data tracking were made in order to resolve the report generator data issue regarding resource visits.
- Launchpad
- Deployment Count in the Deployment Details page will now update correctly after deploying an ActionPack.
- Fix to allow Admins to delete deployments that contain resources.
- Pharmaforce
- Admins can no longer add skills beyond the skill limit setting.
- The old document is now removed from the agent’s KB when a new one is uploaded in its place.
