Users are able to click into this card and click on tiles within in order to see hints for the hunt. This feature will provide users with a fun activity during an event aiding in motivating the users to stay engaged with all related event materials.
-
- Automatic Folder Hierarchy Creation: Previously when downloading assets from partner domains it would be downloaded into a single folder. In order to provide a more efficient workflow this feature recreated the sub folder hierarchy from the partnered domain during the download process saving time and minimizing potential structural errors when organizing the material.
- Super Agent
- Admins now have the ability to copy a configured agent instead of starting with the default one, this allows for quicker edits to new agents or basing new agents on already established versions.

Improvements

- Veeva now has a preview button beside the “add” button for documents and resources added, this will allow the admin or draft manager to ensure the document or resource is correct before publishing.
- Salesforce integration wording has been updated to include that our connected app must also be installed in order to provide clear messaging and eliminate potential technical issues.
- A preview button has been added for Draft Managers in Veeva allowing them to ensure the document is correct before it is published leading to a reduction in potential publishing errors.
- Within the Veeva CRM integration MARIA and LAICA have been added to improve the workflow of a user, negating the need to switch apps when interacting with the agent.
- Analytics

- Fullscreen functionality has been added to the Omnisight dashboards providing Admins with easier readability.
- When a new dashboard is created the domain owner is now notified. When a manager or viewer is assigned they will also be notified. This has been done to increase the speed to information and keep the assigned parties informed of new dashboards.
- CxZone
- In the Simulation details page under the “Instructions” tab an area to load an instructional video has been added. Enabling Admins to provide clear instruction and guidance to users before they start a simulation, reducing instances of potential confusion.
- In the practice details page under settings, an area has been added so the Admin can insert a custom disclaimer, allowing them to craft a custom message in their own voice and whatever specific messaging they deem appropriate.
- Test Practice: This improvement provides a functionality which allows an Admin to test out a CxZone Avatar allowing them to ensure the avatar is working properly before assignment through Launchpad. The feature can be found in the three dots menu (...) of the practice card itself.
- Connection status messages have been added during a conversation practice, this allows users to be informed of stability issues with their internet connection if their practice encounters slowness or errors related to bandwidth.

- In order to facilitate ease of access to information and further provide visual clarity the Practice Mode simulator settings have been organized into a tabbed layout.
- Coach
- Session dates for FCRs are now also displayed in the FCR session itself. This will allow a Manager/Admin to keep track of session date without having to leave the FCR, improving workflow.
- When submitting an FCR, a final preview screen will now show allowing the Manager to double check and confirm Information such as session date, length and number of calls. This end of form check will aid in preventing potential mistakes for Managers and ensuring accuracy of information.
- FCRs and their images are now downloadable in PDF format by Managers, providing more options for how they choose to engage/work with material either offline or online.
- Launchpad
- Previously when a deployment was deleted it would remove all the content from a user regardless if some of that content was in multiple deployments. An improvement has now been made where it will no longer remove access to the same content that has been assigned to a user in multiple deployments. Ensuring users are not removed from content they should still have. Ie: If Content A and B are in Deployment 1 but Content B is in Deployment 1 and 2. Removing the user from Deployment 1 will only remove their access to Content A.
- Super Agent
- Hide Skills: In order to improve workflow and visual clarity when admins are setting up an agent, a “Hide Skills” button has been added.
- Delete Skill: To provide further organization options to admins, the option to delete a skill from an agent has been added.
- User Activity: This table has been added to agent calibration mode. User Activity provides information such as number of prompts and thumbs up/thumbs down counts allowing admins deeper insight to measure engagement with agents and observe feedback. This button can be found next to the thumbs down count in the Calibration Feedback section.
Fixes
- Coach
- In starting a Scenario when a Manager would search for a user the page would sometimes timeout in searching. This issue has been addressed and will no longer occur.
- Learn
- Certifications were not being sent over email on Learning Set or Actionpack completion, this has been addressed and certifications are being sent again.
- When setting up categories in the Learn tab, double digit number schemes (ie: 10, 11, etc..) were not being placed in sequential order. This has been fixed moving forward.
- Previously, intermittently when quizzes and a virtual classroom were completed, progress in an Actionpack would not update. This has been rectified moving forward.
- When using drag and drop on a newly added topic in an actionpack, on the first move it would not be saved in place by the UI. A fix has been applied for this to no longer occur.
