These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the January 14th, 2026 Production release. Here are the details:

- Events
- Quick access cards that were not appearing when accessing events through a notification will now generate properly when accessing events via in-app notifications on iOS devices allowing users speedy access to events.
- Learn
- Instances in Learn/ActionPack navigation where time spent was not being accurately tracked have been resolved.
- Quick Access cards were not generated after opening an ActionPack on iOS devices, this has been corrected and users will once again have more efficient access to the content they are studying.

- Analytics
- Resources Dashboard: This feature enables a dashboard view of Resources, allowing a manager or admin to observe insights into resource usage and allocation. This provides an effective way to have oversight into operational efficiency. Note: This feature is not on by default and can be requested to be made active.
- Certification Dashboard: The feature has been added in order to offer a comprehensive view of certification completions, expiration trends, and progress across teams in order to provide managers and admins an in-depth view of where users are at with their work, with a minimal amount of clicks. Note: This feature is not on by default and can be requested to be made active.
- Launchpad
- Deployment Due Date Ranges: This feature enables administrators to set relative, rule-based due dates (e.g. X days/weeks/months from deployment or scheduled date) alongside fixed deadlines. This allows Admins to select different due dates when new cohorts are added to a deployment (ie: in the case of new hires who would need training that has already started).
Improvements
- Analytics
- UI Update: Standard Dashboards have been moved under the Content Management section in User Management in order to facilitate a more consistent and efficient Admin experience.
- The ability for the Digital Signature dashboard view to be exported as a professionally formatted PDF for offline review, audits, or share-outs.
Fixes

- Previously when accessing keyword tagging menus performance was slow, this has been improved to provide a better user experience .
- LAICA
- Resolved an issue where CARLA would show a red X for both quiz answers in True/False question types when evaluating.
- Launchpad
- Previously the Deployment page load times were opening slowly, these load times have been improved in order to provide a more efficient experience .
- Learn
- Instances in Learn/ActionPack navigation where time spent was not being accurately tracked due to navigating through resources in full screen have been resolved ensuring accuracy of time spent in that use case.
- Resolved a visual issue where in a quiz, if the answer was true and the user had selected true, the answer on viewing the assessment would show false as being correct Note: This did not affect the recorded score and was purely a visual issue.
