ACTO: November 10th 2025, Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the November 10th, 2025 Production release. Here are the details:

Mobile

Stability Fixes

  • Learn
    • SCORM view in Learn will now render correctly.
    • Newly added lessons in a topic will no longer appear as completed.
    • Completed lessons/topics will no longer get blocked when a new lesson was added.

  • Resources
    • UI will no longer display incorrect elements when changing orientation. 

Web

Enhancements

  • Admin
    • Dashboards built with D3 (not Tableau) now have a feature that allows users to download a PDF version of the dashboard.
    • The new Digital Signature dashboard is now available.
    • Generated reports for certifications now show the section and certification names.
    • Increased the limit of how many results are returned when the Certification report is run.

  • Launchpad
    • Updated the logic and error message of the trainer and audience sections of deployments. Any errors will now display details for easier resolution.

  • Pharmaforce
    • Summary prompt has been refined when generating content from dental resources.
    • Added a single guardrail, blocking prompts that are inappropriate, that:
      • Applies to all LAICA/MARIA agents.
      • Is not visible to the client admin.
      • Contains a list of profanity.
      • Protects from adversarial attacks.
    • LAICA/MARIA Scroll bar is now visible under the reference tab.

  • CxZone
    • The following are settings enhancements to CxZone available from the Super Admin panel which when turned on will display to Admins:
      • Super Admin: The Super Admin toggles determine what’s available to Admins/Users in Conversation Settings. Super admin can select conversation types as Natural or Structured Q&A and their Max time limit. These will be displayed to the admin while creating a CxZone practice.
      • Pitcher’s Profession: SuperAdmin can select Pitcher's (User) Profession through the console. These will be displayed to the admin while creating a CxZone practice. Following Pitcher’s profession are available for selection: 
        • Clinical Specialist 
        • Field Reimbursement Specialist 
        • Key Account Manager 
        • Medical Science Liaison 
        • Patient Support Specialist 
        • Sales Rep
        • These will  be displayed to the admin while creating a CxZone practice
      • Super Admin: Multi Language Support Allows users to conduct practice sessions in users profile language.
      • Attach Resources: Allows Admins to upload documents.

Stability Fixes

  • Admin
    • User resource report filters were not properly showing the selected resources. Users are now only able to select the individual resource they want to be included in the report, not the folders.
    • Embedded reports in the user analytics now shows the correct number of topics completed.
  • In CMS where content expiration notifications are, expiry notifications will no longer be shown without any actual expired materials, and the Admin will be able to navigate to previous years.

  • Pharmaforce
    • CARLA
      • Product tags will be displayed appropriately as will selected and saved tags.
  • In tag generation, when selecting suggested actions and sending prompts, will no longer generate incorrect error messages.
