Improvements

  • ACTO AI
    • The AI voice assistant has been tuned in order to give shorter, more conversational answers, making interactions easier and more efficient for users.

  • Analytics
    • Custom fields have been introduced to the new report generator (beta) allowing you to use your organization’s custom user fields as report columns. This provides further customization options in order to provide Admins with the ability to display the data they need.

  • CxZone
    • The user experience for editing practice questions has been improved with newly added questions scrolling into view automatically, as well reordering controls are now hidden for practices that already have learners assigned which will help prevent any accidental changes to content already in progress.
    • Analysis times for practice conversations have been improved.
    • A “Generate Subtitles” toggle has been added to provide users with a more visible general setting. Please Note: This toggle stays off on the practice until an Admin enables it.

  • Integrations
    • The voice mode for AI agents is also now available in the Superagents page of Veeva.

Fixes

  • Admin
    • Previously, sometimes forms with more than 20 questions would no longer display questions past the aforementioned number. This has been corrected and every field in the form editor will now display, instead of cutting off at 20.

  • Analytics
    • The ActionPack dashboard was previously counting optional resources against user progress, this issue has been identified and addressed. Now for learners who have completed the % will reflect accurately as 100%.
    • The Actionpack Dashboard was not including users completion percent or average time spent from users who completed material after it’s due date had passed. This has been fixed and will no longer be an issue moving forward.
    • A discrepancy where User Topic Completion Reports were showing topics as incomplete when a user had already finished them has been fixed and will no longer be an issue moving forward.

  • Resources
    • Archived resources will no longer be able to be navigated to using the previous/next button as this was not an intended function.
    • Previously “recent activity” information was not appearing for resources stored in deeply nested collections and would not show up in the activity feed. This has been resolved and will no longer be an issue.
