ACTO: August 20th, 2026, Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the August 20th, 2026 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

Mobile

New Features

  • User Interface
    • Home Screen Widgets (Android): The redesigned, configurable home-screen widgets are now available on the Android app, bringing the new home layout to mobile so users get the same personalized landing experience introduced on the web and iOS.  Please Note: This feature is behind a flag and will need to be requested to be enable

  • Analytics
    • User Insights Dashboard (Android): Users can now see their personal insights dashboard in place of the legacy Profile screen, viewable directly in the app. Users without the dashboard permission keep the existing Profile screen, and the standard information (Leaderboard, Edit Profile, Settings) remains viewable. Bringing the Android app into parity with the Web and iOS experience. Please Note: This feature is behind a flag and will need to be requested to be enabled.
    • Analytics Dashboard Links Open in App (Android): Tapping an in-app navigation link or an ActionPack deep link inside an analytics dashboard now opens the matching native screen (for example, ActionPack Details) rather than loading a web page or switching to the system browser, providing a smoother, more integrated experience.

Improvements

  • ACTO AI
    • Continuous speech-to-text dictation has been added to SuperAgent on iOS. Dictation now keeps listening across natural pauses and appends new speech to the existing text instead of replacing it, so long, multi-sentence dictation is preserved.
    • Continuous speech-to-text dictation has been improved for SuperAgent on Android. Dictated text now adds to whatever is already in the input instead of replacing it, and restarting the microphone keeps earlier text, so longer dictation is retained providing a much smoother user experience.

Web

Improvements

  • Learn
    • The create and edit screens for learning sets and ActionPacks have a refreshed design, and Admins can now set an ActionPack's completion requirement directly on the create form, instead of creating it first and changing it later in settings, providing a more efficient workflow and improved efficiency.
    • The Learn screen has been redesigned for Admins with a category sidebar showing per-category counts, plus search, pinning, and multi-select. Authors can sort a category by manual order, name, or most recently updated, and drag cards to reorder them or move a learning set into another category. This will provide Admins with a smoother and more expedient content sorting experience.
