ACTO: September 3rd 2026, Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the ACTO Omnichannel September 3rd 2026, Pre-Production Release. Here are the details:

Mobile

New Features

  • User Interface
    • Home Screen Widgets (Android): A new configurable home screen with a mode selector has been added. Because the layout is server-driven, the home screen can now be tailored without requiring an app update. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.

Web

New Features

  • ACTO AI
    • Full-Text Search for the Veeva CRM Agent Tool: A full-text search has been added to the Veeva CRM tool in Agent Studio, giving agents stronger account and HCP name search than the existing search capabilities.

  • Analytics
    • Page-Visit Tracking Across All Dashboards: Every dashboard will now track page visits, so usage analytics are now complete across the full dashboard suite providing Managers and Admins with a complete usage picture.

  • CxZone
    • Archive CxZone Practices and Certifications: Admins can now archive a CxZone practice or certification so reps can no longer start new attempts, while all past attempts, scores, and evaluations remain viewable. Archiving is fully reversible and updates open manager sessions live. Adding another layer of customizability to help improve organization options for Admins.
    • Shareable Links for CxZone Simulations and Certifications: Admins can now generate a direct shareable link to a specific CxZone simulation or certification to drop into onboarding materials, matching the "Copy link" capability already available for other content types. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.
    • Convert CxZone Simulations Between Practice and Certification: When duplicating a CxZone simulation, Admins can now choose whether the copy is a practice or a certification, with a clear heads-up about what carries over in each direction, giving Admins more options with less clicks. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.

Improvements

  • ACTO AI
    • The AI agent and skill fields now accept longer instructions to support the greater instruction depth agents require: the agent objective and skill objective limits have both been raised to 10,000 characters, and the skill description limit has been raised to 5,000 characters.

  • Analytics
    • The "Pending Actions" section on the User and Manager Insights dashboards is now labeled "Your Pending Actions" (in all supported languages) to clarify these are the individual's own items.

  • Coach
    • Field Coaching Report status drill-downs now show the proctor's name and email and list records oldest-first, giving managers clearer context in FCR Insights.

  • Content Management
    • Admins creating/editing an FCR form in the CMS can now insert a new question at any position in the sequence, instead of only at the end.
    • Admins authoring an assessment form in the CMS can now insert a new question at any position in the sequence, not just at the end.

  • CxZone
    • The manager practice-evaluation email now names the rep, and makes the required action clearer by providing an "Evaluate" button.
    • The "Evaluate" button in the manager practice-evaluation email now lands directly on the practice's analysis report instead of the attempt details page.

  • User Interface
    • The Terms & Conditions consent checkbox on the profile setup screen is now more prominent, with the Finish button moved below it for a clearer flow.

Fixes

  • Analytics
    • Learning Report exports no longer drop selected Deployments, Learning Sets, and Strategies when a user filter is saved.

  • CxZone
    • Corrected "Areas of improvements" to "Areas for improvement" on CxZone screens and in the CxZone Usage Report export.

  • Learn
    • Adding, deleting, or moving lessons could previously leave a topic without its completion record and lock learners out of everything after it. The completion record is now restored automatically, and already-affected learners are repaired.
    • Long journey names on the learner side now wrap between words instead of breaking mid-word, matching the admin view.
    • A learner whose record points at a deleted deployment can once again open their quiz, instead of hitting a generic error on every attempt.
