These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the October 8th, 2026 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

- Resources
- What's New in Resources Widget (Android): A new home screen widget on Android surfaces newly added and updated collections and resources, so users can quickly see what's new in their library. Collections that have already been viewed are cleared from the widget, keeping it focused on content the user hasn't seen yet.
Improvements
- ACTO AI
- SuperAgent pinned messages on Android now load for the agent the conversation is using, and streamed replies can now be pinned, providing a more consistent experience.
- Analytics
- Users can now pull to refresh the User Insights Dashboard on Android, making it quick and easy to see the latest data.
- Coach
- Each status tab on the Manager Scenarios screen in iOS now sorts in the way that best suits that tab, making it easier for managers to find what they need.
- If the list of coaches fails to load on Android, the previously loaded list is now shown instead of an empty screen.
- CxZone
- CxZone recordings on iOS now start on the server, preventing duplicate-recording errors and making practice sessions more reliable.
- Resources
- Resources downloaded for offline use on Android are now preserved when the app is updated, so users no longer need to re-download their content after an update.
- User Interface
- The Android app now supports the predictive back gesture introduced in newer versions of Android, providing smoother and more consistent navigation.

- ACTO AI
- Domain-Level AI Settings: Admins can now configure AI guardrails and curate the knowledge resources that power AI features at the domain level through a new AI Builder, giving organizations greater control over how AI behaves across their domain. Please Note: This feature is behind a flag and will need to be requested to be enabled.
- Analytics
- AI Insights on the Digital Signature Dashboard: A short AI-generated insights summary now appears above the KPI tiles on the Digital Signature dashboard, giving users a quick, plain-language overview of their data.
- Coach
- Field Coaching Report Acknowledgment Reminders: Managers can now send a reminder, either to an individual or to everyone, from the Insights dashboard to nudge learners whose Field Coaching Reports are still awaiting acknowledgment.
- CxZone
- Practice Evaluation Notifications: Reps now receive an in-app and email notification when their manager finishes evaluating a practice session, so they can review their feedback right away.
- Learn
- Review Completed Steps in a Learning Path: Learners can now reopen already-completed steps from the learning path drawers in a read-only review, allowing them to revisit material without affecting their progress.
- Guest Access for Standalone Surveys: Respondents can now open and complete a standalone survey without signing in, making it easy to collect feedback from people outside the platform.
Improvements
- ACTO AI
- The Field Coaching AI assistant now retains answers the user has confirmed and works through every question on the form, rather than stopping early.
- AI responses in Field Coaching are now more reliable, with interrupted responses recovering automatically.
- File uploads on Field Coaching questions are now restricted to the user assigned to answer them.
- Analytics
- Trainer activity is now excluded from insights data, so reporting reflects learner activity only.
- Rows in the Resource Interaction Report are now grouped by user and resource, and previously blank columns are now filled in, making the report easier to read.
- Items with no drop-off are now hidden on the insights page, reducing noise so Admins can focus on where learners are getting stuck.
- Data freshness tooltips on dashboards now show a single, clearly labeled timezone.
- CxZone scores now match across dashboards and the core CxZone screens.
- Coach
- Admins can now insert a new question anywhere in an Evaluation form, with the remaining questions re-sequenced automatically, instead of having to rebuild the form.
- Field Coaching Reports can now be sorted by Most Recently Edited, and selecting Save & Exit moves the report to the top of the list.
- CxZone
- CxZone practice avatars have been upgraded with improved voices, conversations in the learner's language, and smoother turn-taking, providing a more natural practice experience.
- CxZone thumbnails no longer shift while knowledge content is being generated, and the name of the source document now appears beneath the thumbnail.
- Events
- Admins can now see a list of the people they have selected in the event audience picker, making it easier to review an audience before saving.
- Speakers can now be found by searching their full name.
- Event audience lists are now sorted alphabetically regardless of capitalization.
- Learn
- The Adaptive Learning builder now supports undo and redo while editing rules and flows.
- Step instructions in Adaptive Learning now remain visible while working through a step.
- Resources
- Backend improvements have been made so Admin resource pages and the lesson editor now load significantly faster.
- User Interface
- The search bar on the Home page now stays visible at all times.
- The entire current-step card on the Home page is now clickable, rather than only part of it.
- Quick-access items for features that are not enabled on the domain are now hidden, instead of leading users to an unavailable area.
- Magic Link email sign-in links no longer log a user in simply from being opened by an email scanner, and show a clear used/expired message instead of an error.
Fixes
- Analytics
- In the legacy Report Generator, Team and Training Class filters no longer cause an error, and archived users, forms and tags now display correctly.
- Launchpad
- An issue that prevented daily training reminders from being sent has been fixed. One-time catch-up reminders have also been sent for the reminders that were missed.
- Learn
- Progress bars now fill correctly after content has been restored after being deleted.
- Resources
- Shareable resource links were sometimes opening the home page instead of the intended resource. This has been fixed and links will now open the correct resource.
