These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the October 7th, 2026 Production release. Here are the details:
Mobile
New Features
- User Interface
- Home Screen Widgets (Android): A new configurable home screen with a mode selector has been added. Because the layout is server-driven, the home screen can now be tailored without requiring an app update. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.
Web
New Features
- ACTO AI
- Full-Text Search for the Veeva CRM Agent Tool: A full-text search has been added to the Veeva CRM tool in Agent Studio, giving agents stronger account and HCP name search than the existing search capabilities.
-
- Admin
- Safe Delete/Restore Content: When deleting items Admins will now get a strong message to confirm deletion. As well a “Recently Deleted” area has been added to restore items deleted in error. Including but not limited to Learning Sets, Actionpacks and Resources within a rolling recovery window. Visibility is tier oriented so Admins will only be able to see what they are allowed to recover based on what the permissions of their role is (if the role is custom made for example). Please Note: This feature is behind a flag and will need to be requested to be enabled.
- Admin
- Manager Insights Dashboard - New Sections: Scenarios, Certifications and CxZone (customer-experience simulation) sections have been added to this dashboard. This will provide a more efficient workflow for managers to track performance in one place.
- User Insights Dashboard - New Sections: This dashboard now shows earned Certifications, Scenarios and CxZone simulations in their own sections, providing the learner with a more comprehensive overview of their total learning status.
- Analytics
- Page-Visit Tracking Across All Dashboards: Every dashboard will now track page visits, so usage analytics are now complete across the full dashboard suite providing Managers and Admins with a complete usage picture.
-
- Coach
- Coach
- Field Coaching “Other” Option: The Field Coaching Report now has a free-text “other” choice on form questions as well as AI-assisted summaries and follow up action items giving admins more variety in for customization to tailor it to their specific needs.
-
- CxZone
- Archive CxZone Practices and Certifications: Admins can now archive a CxZone practice or certification so reps can no longer start new attempts, while all past attempts, scores, and evaluations remain viewable. Archiving is fully reversible and updates open manager sessions live. Adding another layer of customizability to help improve organization options for Admins.
- Shareable Links for CxZone Simulations and Certifications: Admins can now generate a direct shareable link to a specific CxZone simulation or certification to drop into onboarding materials, matching the "Copy link" capability already available for other content types. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.
- Convert CxZone Simulations Between Practice and Certification: When duplicating a CxZone simulation, Admins can now choose whether the copy is a practice or a certification, with a clear heads-up about what carries over in each direction, giving Admins more options with less clicks. Please Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be turned on in order for access.
- CxZone AI Drafted Practice From Documents: ACTO AI is now capable of drafting a complete CxZone practice from 1-3 approved source documents. This will enable a faster workflow for admins when it comes to generating practices. Every field is grounded in the attached docs and a human always reviews and publishes them. Please Note: This feature is behind a flag and will need to be requested to be enabled.
- Launchpad
- CxZone
- Expanded Automated Reminders: Reminders will now respect the learners local time, quiet hours and opt-outs. As well, a “Time to field-ready” chart has been added to the deployment insight view.
- Deployment Insight Tab: A new Insight tab has been added once and adaptive deployment goes live. This answers whether the learning objective is landing for every persona.
Improvements
- ACTO AI
- The AI agent and skill fields now accept longer instructions to support the greater instruction depth agents require: the agent objective and skill objective limits have both been raised to 10,000 characters, and the skill description limit has been raised to 5,000 characters.
- Voice agent’s chat panel will now remain visible and responsive on smaller screens instead of hiding.
- Analytics
- The "Pending Actions" section on the User and Manager Insights dashboards is now labeled "Your Pending Actions" (in all supported languages) to clarify these are the individual's own items.
- FCR Dashboard now defaults to a 3 month window, adds an info icon explaining the range and shows guidance when a range has no data.
- Certification dashboard drill-downs for both Certifications Initiated and Certifications Completed will now let admins search by user or proctor and bulk-downloaded selected rows, providing faster and more efficient speed to information.
- FCR Dashboards Total Coaching Sessions and Reps Coached drill-downs now have rep/manager search boxes as well as checkbox format bulk download. This way admins can narrow information much more quickly to specific people instead of scrolling large datasets.
- In the Report Generator (Beta) the columns now display proper formatting, making for a more accurate rendering of scores and percentages.
- Coach
- Field Coaching Report status drill-downs now show the proctor's name and email and list records oldest-first, giving managers clearer context in FCR Insights.
- Content Management
- Admins creating/editing an FCR form in the CMS can now insert a new question at any position in the sequence, instead of only at the end.
- Admins authoring an assessment form in the CMS can now insert a new question at any position in the sequence, not just at the end.
- CxZone
- The manager practice-evaluation email now names the rep, and makes the required action clearer by providing an "Evaluate" button.
- The "Evaluate" button in the manager practice-evaluation email now lands directly on the practice's analysis report instead of the attempt details page.
- CxZone will now split its view with the manager page having Practice and Certification tabs together, while the learner’s own practices have moved to a dedicated “My CxZone” area. This split view will make navigation easier for both managers and users.
- Duplicating practices and conversations will now have clearer wording so admins will be provided better information on what the copy will and won’t include.
- Practice and Certification cards appearance have been redesigned to provide more clear information to users and include things such as a per-skill progress bar, type badge, last updated date and when archived, a grayed out card.
- Integrations
- Roster feed has been enhanced to add opt-in prefix based team matching, PGP-decryption for manually uploaded files and stronger field and custom-field validation, unblocking migration off the legacy roster feed.
- Admins can now apply competency and standard/custom tags to content downloaded from the ACTOverse. These tags will stay isolated in the domain and are preserved when the content gets updated.
- Learn
- Learning Set cards will now show the date it was assigned on alongside the due date. This will make it easier for users to differentiate between Learning Sets with similar names.
- User Interface
- The Terms & Conditions consent checkbox on the profile setup screen is now more prominent, with the Finish button moved below it for a clearer flow.
Fixes
- Analytics
- Learning Report exports no longer drop selected Deployments, Learning Sets, and Strategies when a user filter is saved.
- Previously when a Learning Set was deployed in a strategy more than once the Manager Insights dashboard would show indistinguishable duplicate roles. This will no longer happen moving forward. It now shows a “N Deployments” badge indicating how many deployments it is part of and a per deployment breakdown when drilled down.
- The user export report will no longer drop active users. This was occurring when a users manager, team, role or territory had been removed and has been fixed.
- Scheduled reports were not stopping at their end dates. This has been addressed and will no longer occur moving forward.
- Certification dashboard drill-down will no longer crash when downloading and will complete reliably.
- Previously there was a user count discrepancy between the CxZone dashboard and the Launchpad deployment numbers. This has been fixed and will no longer occur moving forward.
- CxZone
- Corrected "Areas of improvements" to "Areas for improvement" on CxZone screens and in the CxZone Usage Report export.
- Learn
- Adding, deleting, or moving lessons could previously leave a topic without its completion record and lock learners out of everything after it. The completion record is now restored automatically, and already-affected learners are repaired.
- Long journey names on the learner side now wrap between words instead of breaking mid-word, matching the admin view.
- A learner whose record points at a deleted deployment can once again open their quiz, instead of hitting a generic error on every attempt.
- Previously when a user would have duplicate registration records in a SCORM it could cause a finished course to loop and remain uncompleted. This has been addressed and won’t be an issue moving forward.
- Lesson resource thumbnails will no longer crop inconsistently and will display a consistent sizing.
- Previously SCORMS with duplicate registrations could prevent completion, this has been corrected moving forward.
