These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the October 23rd, 2026 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

- User Interface
- On iPad, the link in a welcome email will now open reliably when the app is launched for the first time. Previously a timing issue could prevent the link from opening on a cold launch.

- Analytics
- AI Insights for Certification Dashboard: The Certification dashboard now includes an AI Insights narrative that summarizes performance and highlights the areas that need attention, giving managers and admins faster insight into where to focus.
- Coach
- Field Coaching Section Completion via Agent: Team members can now see the Field Coaching reviews awaiting their input, answer only their assigned questions conversationally through the agent, and submit their portion. The manager's final submission will recognize a completed member portion whether it was done through the agent or in the coaching screen.
- Content Management
- Content Exchange Import: Admins can now bring content into the ACTO CMS directly from external storage (SFTP, FTP, S3, OneDrive, SharePoint). This lays the foundation for importing shared content libraries into a domain.
- Integrations
- Automated Sync Off User Setting: Every domain now has a built-in "Automated Sync Off" control that prevents the Roster Feed, Public API and other external syncs from changing a selected user. This replaces the custom field customers previously had to create and maintain themselves.
- Launchpad
- ActionPack Dashboard Reminder: Managers can now send a reminder to a learner directly from the Learner Details view of the ActionPack dashboard, making follow up quicker and easier.
Improvements
- Analytics
- The bulk download button now sits in a consistent place across the Certification and Field Coaching dashboard drill-downs.
- Coach
- Past Field Coaching summaries will now reflect the form's current summary question.
- Content Management
- Quizzes that draw from a question pool will now present a fresh set of questions on each attempt, and a learner's previous attempt answers will display correctly.
- CxZone
- The manager "evaluate this practice" notification email will now only be sent once both the AI feedback and the playback recording are ready, so managers will no longer land on a "still generating" screen.
- Exporting practice data now uses a separate workspace for each download, so exporting the same practice twice at the same time will no longer produce a broken ZIP file. An option has also been added to download only the simulation configuration, without user practice data.
- Integrations
- Veeva Vault field mapping can now route documents into folders using an Object Reference field, such as a Folder External ID.
Fixes
- Admin
- Previously Admins would lose CMS access when their own learner access was revoked. This has been fixed and Admins will now keep their CMS access moving forward.
- Analytics
- The Report Generator will now show a clear "name already taken" message and list unfinished legacy reports, instead of displaying a generic error.
