These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the ACTO Omnichannel July 23rd 2026, Pre-Production Release release. Here are the details:
Web
Improvements
- ACTO AI
- Deep linking to more content types has been added to SuperAgents, whose answers can now return direct links to the following: coaching reports, certifications, resources, collections, journeys, events, scenarios, and learning sets. This will provide Users with quicker and more direct access to information.
- CxZone
- The ability has been added to turn AI feedback on and off for practice both domain wide and per individual simulation.
- Launchpad
- Extra quiz attempts are now also grantable to individual users within a deployment. Additionally a preflight view of attempts used is included, as well as a panel showing users stuck with all attempts used called “Needs Attention”, audit logging reporting who made the change as well as updated reporting around quiz attempts. All of this will enhance customizability, speed to information and less wait time for Admins who need to supply quiz attempts to users.
- The due date of individual items can now be edited by Admins using the pencil icon on each individual row instead of applying it to every item all at once, allowing more fluid customization for Admins.
- Learn
- A history panel has been added to the content versioning feature providing content authors better transparency to see the changes which shaped the current version of the Actionpack.
- A “Minor Edit” function has been added to digital Signatures. When editing a digital signature the author can now select a minor edit box which when clicked will make it so fixing trivial changes such as a typo is recorded in the edit history but does not update the content version. Allowing authors more control over what determines a version update.
- User Interface
- The “What’s Next?” home page widget design has been updated in order to provide better visual clarity to users. Most notably a 4 per row carousel has been added to the “Recently viewed resource” section.
Fixes
- Analytics
- Previously an intermittent issue was occurring where data would fail to refresh on the User Insights dashboard. This has been addressed and will no longer be an issue.
- Fixed an issue where the Report Generator (beta) would freeze when adding a filter on a column that contained thousands of distinct values.
- Coach
- In certifications, numbered and bulleted lists will no longer display incorrectly in Admin view and will be uniform across all views.
- CxZone
- An issue was occurring where CxZone graphs were not displaying in chronological order. This has been addressed and will no longer occur going forward.
