These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the ACTO Omnichannel September 2nd, 2026 Production release. Here are the details:

Mobile

New Features

  • ACTO AI
    • SuperAgent Field Coaching Report Deep Link (iOS): When a rep finishes a field-coaching evaluation in the SuperAgent chat, tapping the link to the submitted report now opens that Field Coaching Report directly inside the app on the Coach tab. This provides the user  quicker, more direct access to their report.

Improvements

  • Coach
    • Managers can now filter the list of users and sessions within a specific Field Coaching Report by user and by date range, on both iPhone and iPad providing more parity with the web experience (iOS).

Web

New Features

    • ACTO AI
  • SuperAgent Deep Links to CxZone: SuperAgent deep links can now point to a CxZone simulation for both manager and user destinations.
  • SuperAgent Integrations: Domain admins can now mark integrations as available to SuperAgents (found as an option on each external data integration). Giving the option to allow the integration data to be accessible by SuperAgent skills.
    • Coach
  • Filter FCR by Status and Date: Field Coaching Report list now supports multivalue status and date range filters. Meaning a manager who chooses “Completed” as a filter will only see completed reports.
    • CxZone
  • Misheard Terms Corrections: Admins can now add known misspellings to pronunciation terms so speech to text mistakes are replaced with the correct spelling everywhere the transcript is read. Note: Raw recordings and captions are never altered.

Improvements

  • ACTO AI
    • Managers can now manually re-run a scenario evaluation that has stalled in a processing loop, allowing a stuck submission to be recovered without waiting for a code or data fix.
    • Agent end of speech detection will no longer trigger immediately after detecting end of speech allowing for users to pause mid prompt to have better conversational flow.
    • Knowledge assist conversations are now kept for 7 days instead of being forgotten after an hour of inactivity allowing users to better pick up where they left off. A notification is also displayed when the conversation has expired.
    • SuperAgent file picker has had an All/Deselect option added to it which will include items beyond the first page of results. Allowing for a more efficient workflow process for admins when called for.
    • The AI agent and skill fields now accept longer instructions to support the greater instruction depth agents require: the agent objective and skill objective limits have both been raised to 10,000 characters, and the skill description limit has been raised to 5,000 characters.
  • ACTOverse
    • When a Veeva connection is required, a clear message will now be displayed instead of a generic error message, providing more clarity to admins on what went wrong.
  • Analytics
    • In the Report Generator Beta each table row will now show a count of how many columns are selected. This provides admins with the ability to see which tables are in use without opening each one, making for a more efficient workflow.
    • The Overdue section in User Insights for learning sets will now use a standard 10 items per page pagination, bringing it in line with the rest of the dashboard.
    • When a resource view is opened from the home search, resource search, favourites function and notes it will record which collection it came from in order to provide more comprehensive data.
    • The "Pending Actions" section on the User and Manager Insights dashboards is now labeled "Your Pending Actions" (in all supported languages) to clarify these are the individual's own items.

  • User Interface
    • The "What's Next?" home widget now groups content by Learning Set, prioritizes continue-where-you-left-off and no-due-date items, and shows the top six items with a "View more" option. This provides more visual clarity and a more logical path to information for the user.
    • The consent checkbox on the Terms & Conditions page has been made prominent in order to provide users with a more clear image to reduce potential confusion while setting up an account.
    • The What’s Next home widget will now display at the learning set level name, will rank content without a due date higher and show users the most relevant next step first. This will increase at a glance information for users on their learning journey.

  • Coach
    • The Scenario page for managers has been revamped to the new Coach design, with matching refreshed cards for Certification and Field Coaching, for a consistent look across the module.
    • Certification status filters have been made more concise for quicker readability (All/Active/Archived).
    • On Field Coaching Reports the acknowledgement text box will now be hidden on the user side when the "acknowledgement required” setting is left unchecked.

  • CxZone
    • When an admin tries to add or rename a pronunciation term to one that already exists a more specific error message will be displayed letting them know the word is already taken instead of a generic error message.
    • Single section simulations will now show a “Start Practice” button instead of a “Full Practice” button.

  • Learn
    • Admins can now set an ActionPack's completion requirement directly on the create form, instead of creating it first and changing it later in settings, providing a more efficient workflow and improved efficiency.
    • The Learn screen has been redesigned for Admins with a category sidebar showing per-category counts, plus search, pinning, and multi-select. Authors can sort a category by manual order, name, or most recently updated, and drag cards to reorder them or move a learning set into another category. This will provide Admins with a smoother and more expedient content sorting experience.
    • When learning content is set to “Strict” completion mode, any resource linked with a key takeaway must also have the key takeaway reviewed to count towards completion of content.
