These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the February 23rd, 2023 release. Here are the details:
Web
Enhancements
- Admin Enhancements
- SCORM files are now downloadable by Admins. Note: This is behind a feature flag and activation of the feature will need to be requested.
Stability Fixes
- Admin
- A timeout issue with Gamification points has been resolved.
- Reporting
- Aggregated Certification Report type will no longer show failed certifications as in progress.
- When filtering interactions to a specific ActionPack using the Resource Interaction Report, the results returned will now be on an ActionPack level and no longer a domain wide level.
- Coach
- Certifications - Bulleted lists and line breaks now work in Sections, Q&A and Evaluation Descriptions (for answer options) for Certification Assessment forms.
- Certifications - Assessment form description and instructions will now be displayed in html format to the Admin in Certifier splash screen page.
- FCR - Answer options will now not be deleted when the FCR questions are deleted by the Manager while creating/editing the FCR.
- Scenario - The “cancel” button will now work when the user cancels a scenario submission file upload from camera.
- Certifications - Admins will now be able to reorganize the answer options in certification assessment forms.
Mobile (Android and iOS)
Enhancements

- Text within the Speed to Information page on Android sign-in has been updated to say: “With a quick search, reference the key information you need in seconds.”
- Android Sandbox app is now available via Firebase.
Stability Fixes
- Coach
- Scenarios - Users will not be able to upload scenario responses from their device gallery when ‘Allow upload from devices’ core tool setting is disabled by the Admin.
- FCR - FCR form will ‘fit to screen’ on iPad.
- Scenario - Mentor list will now be visible to the Manager while starting a coaching scenario.
- Scenario - For “comment” type questions, the evaluation description will now display to the proctor while evaluating a scenario response.
- Certifications - Certifications cards will now not be labeled ‘Archived’ if they are not archived.
- Scenario - Users will now only be allowed to upload a video when responding to a coaching scenario and no other file types.
- Learn
- "View Office" and "Key Takeaway" buttons will no longer overlap in "View PDF" mode for Word, Excel & PowerPoint files under Resources.
- Users will now be able to see all deployed collections.
