ACTO: July 3rd 2025, Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the July 3rd, 2025 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

  • Fix to display LS progress when pre-work is accessed through the event session.

• Admin
  • For Dashboards a tooltip has been added to inform admin users of the next scheduled data refresh cycle. The tooltip displays the last refresh timestamp and the next expected refresh time, helping admins stay informed about data currency.
  • Pharmaforce
    • Implemented a usage limit for users which Admins can set.
      • Allows super admin to enter limits for TEXA, CERTA, SARA, EVA.
      • When the limit is reached the platform will restrict the admin to use the feature in the domain.
      • When no limit is specified it will be unlimited and the system does not restrict.
      • If the limit is reached/exceeded it shows the error message in the resource details page when clicked on Generate Transcript.
• CERTA
  • Changed "Approved" text to "Certified" in Managers email notifications.

• • • The following columns have been added to the report to enhance tracking and visibility of the scenario evaluation workflow:
      • Deployment/Assignment Date
      • Scenario Deployment Date
      • User Submission Date
      • Evaluation Date
    • ACTOverse Veeva Integration: Enables admin users to transfer large video files from Veeva to ACTO, ensuring they are processed correctly for seamless access and playback within the platform.
    • UI enhancements have been made including consistent display of the info icon with a tooltip ("Click to view details about the available update"), a new tooltip for missing data ("No data was received from Veeva"), and standardized ACTO date formatting across all synced fields.

      • Moved Learning Set and ActionPack feedback from the user management deployment details to the learning set cards on the Admin side. 

Stability Fixes

• Admin
  
  • Fix to prevent team name from updating prior to saving any changes.

  • Resolved issues where version updates made via Veeva were not reflected in the application unless accompanied by other changes. Now, version-only updates sync and display correctly.

• Learn
  • Fix to remove feedback icon from Learning Sets when there are no feedbacks available.
  • Admins are now able to see all the content available for rearranging.Fix to redirect
  • Admins to the Learn page instead of the ActionPack Details page when they click the Back to Learn button in the Learn Duplication page.
  • Fix to enable more Collections to load when moving contents from the CMS, with the addition of a new search bar.
