ACTO: March 13th, 2025 Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the March 13th, 2025 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

Mobile

Enhancements (iOS)

  • Learn
    • Users will be re-directed within the app to the relevant ActionPack when clicking on the URL Copy Link within another ActionPack.

Stability Fixes (iOS)

  • Admin
    • Fix to the navigation bar of the app remains visible and functional after navigating through Settings sections.
  •  Learn
    • Fix to display the poll popup when users access the session details page through the session invite in the app notification.
    • Fix to remove HTML tags visible instead of the text in the notes body.
    • Fix to navigate users to the relevant Learning Set/ActionPack when they select the corresponding quick access card, regardless of which Learn tab they have selected.
    • Fix to keep the "read more" option visible when the "Choose a match" popup is opened.
    • Fix to navigate users to the top of the screen when moving from one question to another in the quiz.
    • Fix to prevent Learning Set and ActionPack cover images from getting cut off.
    • Fix to prevent lesson contents from automatically swiping.
  • Events
    • Fix to display the clear filter option after applying one or more filters.
    • Fix to remove random UI element appearing on Event Details pages.
    • Fix to sort sessions that start at the same date and time but end at different times correctly. The sessions that end first are now listed first.

Stability Fixes (Android)

  • Admin
    • App will no longer crash on opening
    • Removed Photo and Video permissions, permission, due to Google Play store policies.

Web

Enhancements

  • Admin

    • Ability added to individually and bulk tag questions with competencies/behaviours in all forms types.

    • Duplication of competencies/behaviours will now occur when a form with competencies added is duplicated. This includes competencies/behaviours on the form and question level.

    • Increased behaviour character Limit in the Gamification section.

    • User status filter in User Management changed to include number of active vs archived users.

    • User status filter added to Teams and Territories tabs.

    • Teams and Territories cards updated to reflect exact number of users in each. Numbers will adjust here according to selected user status filter.
    • New search bar added in deployment Collection pop-up to allow Admins to quickly find Collections for selection when deploying resources.

Stability Fixes

  • Admin

    • Scrolling will no longer stop early in a group message. Allowing all users to be seen.

    • Fix in Audience deployment step to keep teams filter displayed in a hierarchy, even when the Admin is a part of multiple teams.
    • Form alert messages displayed to Admins ("Saved, Saving") when they are offline, have an unstable connection will no longer occur.
  • Learn
    • Fix to checklist formatting to ensure the checklists are not cut off.
  •  Events
    • Improved poll assignment pop-up performance when selecting/unselecting tracks.
