ACTO: September 14th, 2023 Pre-Production Release

These release notes are a consolidation of all the issues and enhancements from the September 14th, 2023 Pre-Production release. Here are the details:

Web

Enhancements

  • Event Enhancements
    • Tracks now sorted by alphabetical order on user and admin side in event agendas.

Stability Fixes

  • Reporting
    • Measure value columns fixed in content utilization embedded report as well as added date columns to provide more insight.
    • Resolved an issue with quiz score not showing in embedded reports.
    • Resolved an issue where Actionpack Quiz Report was showing incorrect Quiz Attempt numbers for multiple attempts.
    • Standard Deployment Details (non embedded) report will now load more efficiently.
  • Admin
    • Users are now re-directed to the required content when selecting the associated Copy Link (instead of the Home page).
    • German translation fixes have been made across the platform.
    • All possible contacts will now load when sending a new message.
    • Admins will now be able to rearrange Certification Assessment form questions in CMS.
    • Admins will now be able to download video resources via CMS.
  • Learn
    • ‘Due Date – Completed’ text fixed to display as 'Completed' on Learning Sets cards where progress is 100%.
  • Coach
    • Field Coaching - Session date as selected by the Manager while starting a FCR will now match the session date column on the FCR list view.
    • Certifications - Stakeholders for a Certification will now be able click on Certification cards and view its content when the Certification is shared with them.
    • Certifications - The "Select All" checkbox will be enabled automatically while an admin has the Update and Delete checkboxes enabled in the stakeholders section.
  • Events
    • Default sorting will now be by first name in Attendees lists.
    • The correct event name variable in the email body will now show when drafting reminders for Registered event attendees.

Enhancements

  • Coach Enhancements
    • Certification -Comment sections will now be kept open and will not auto collapse on iPhone and iPads, when the Manager switches between Certification (Assessment form) sections while certifying a user.

Stability Fixes

  • Admin

    • Field Coaching - Pressing start button without selecting "Field Coaching Report" will now display the message "The Field Coaching Report field is required".
    • Field Coaching - Session date as selected by the Manager while starting a FCR will now match the session date column on the FCR list view.
    • Certifications - The unsuccessful user count denoted by the Red Color on Certification cards for Managers will no longer go outside of the cards.

  • Reporting Enhancements

    • Content (Forms and Resources) Utilization Embedded Reports have been added to Omnichannel. When in User Management the Permission "Utilization" is checked under the Manager or Admin profile they will gain access to the Embedded reports.

    • A checkbox has been added to the Report tool to allow or disallow archived users in your report.

    • Coach Enhancements
      • Field Coaching - Added an Asterix to Name, User and Field Coaching Report fields when starting a FCR so that the manager knows that these are required fields.
      • The creation wizard for Field Coaching and Certifications has been reworked for a more efficient flow in the creation of FCRs.
Field Coaching
    • Field Coaching - Admins will be now able to rearrange FCR questions in the FCR form in CMS.
    • A caution message has been added for Field coaching Report Form, Certifications Form and Scenario Form alerting the Admins that the form is in use and making any changes will result in data loss and inaccuracies. 
    • Certifications - Admins will now be able to remove/change Assessment form from Certifications that have not been assigned yet.
    • Certifications - Admins will no longer be able to delete an Assigned Certification.
  • Events Enhancements
    • Ability for Event Managers to send email, push and in-app reminders to event attendees of various registration statuses including attendees with Pending and Completed registration. You can find this in the Attendees section of your event.

Stability Fixes

  • Reporting
    • Domain default time formatting will now be used in Excel reports.
    • Events User and Team data for pre-work will now show even if they have not clicked into it.
    • Date range picket in the User Scenario Report in Embedded Reports wil now function as intended.
    • Time Spent viewing a resource will now contribute to time spent in an Actionpack if the resource is accessed from the Actionpack.
  • Learn
    • Playback speed setting will no longer overlap the player while playing the audio resources.
    • ‘Oops something went wrong’ message is removed when the user searches for Videos.
  • Coach
    • Field Coaching - Comments in the Field Coaching report will no longer auto collapse when Manager navigates in the Field Coaching Form while completing the form.
    • Field Coaching - Admins will now be able to add FCR form into an FCR when FCR is created in other languages.
  • Present
    • Users will now be able to see their favourite presentations in Favourites.
  • Events
    • Only one registration form to be selected when creating or editing an event.

  • Coach

    • Field Coaching - Added Asterix to Name, User and Field Coaching Report fields when starting a FCR so that manager knows that these are required fields.

Stability Fixes

  • Coach
    • Field Coaching - Users will no longer see the Acknowledgement button if Admin has not set the Acknowledgment for the FCR. (iOS)
    • Field Coaching - "*" will be displayed on the "Field Coaching Report" & text should no longer go out of the screen when long taxonomy text is added. (iOS)
    • Field Coaching - Managers will now be navigated back to "Start Field Coaching" screen after submitting field coaching. (iOS)
  • Events
